Interior Spray Foam

Our spray foam offers more value than conventional insulation

Our spray foam offers more value than conventional insulation.

We offer commercial and residential spray foam insulation services in the city and its environs. Having one of the most cutting-edge spray foam solutions, we offer you superior services in which you can have confidence.

The dense polyethene and polyurethane insulation that we use is durable and will enlarge and adhere fully to your walls, thus firming up the structure of your property. It isolates moisture and air currents effectively, thus reducing the chances of mildew or mould forming while enhancing the quality of life in your home.

Benefits of spray foam insulation

  • Offers a unified air barrier
  • It has a very high R-value compared to other fibreglass
  • Prevents moisture transmission
  • Reduces sound transmission
  • Adds some structural strength to your building.

Spray foam insulation is a process where the cavities of the walls are sealed against air leakage. A house has a lot of places and locations where air can leak in because of heat loss, thus lowering cooling and heating efficiency. Spray foam insulation includes sealing ceilings, walls, floors, and areas around light fixtures and electrical outlets.

Unlike sprayed and rolled-up fibreglass, this type of insulation fills gaps, crevices, and cracks and will never sag or compress as time passes.

According to the United States Department of Energy, air leakage is responsible for more than 40 per cent of the energy cost of cooling and heating your home. It is similar to leaving your window open 24/7, 365 days a. Our spray foam solution provides the most effective protection against this massive source of air leakage.

Our spray is made by mixing various chemicals to make foam. These chemicals quickly expand when we contact objects, creating a foam that insulates and provides moisture and air barrier on floors, contoured surfaces, and around the corners. It prevents heat transfer and is a great solution for decreasing unpleasant air leakage through seams, cracks, and joints.

The spray foam we provide is either low-pressure or high-pressure foam and comes in either closed-cell or open-cells.

Each type of spray foam is different, but each is carefully designed by our team to be applied wherever air can leak into your home.

However, our open-cell spray foam and closed-cell spray foam differ in three main ways:

Density

When it comes to density, open-cell foams usually weigh around 0.5 lbs per cubic foot, whereas closed-cell foams tend to weigh around 3 lbs.

Per cubic foot, closed-cell foams are denser and stronger than open-cell foams.

Porosity

Open-cell foam is typically more porous than closed-cell foam and can allow moisture and air to leak in. On the other hand, closed-cell foam is usually non-porous and does not allow moisture or air to pass through the insulation.

Insulating value

Since open-cell foam is less dense, it usually has an R-value of around 3.5 per inch, whereas closed-cell foam, which is denser, tends to have an R-value of around 6.9.
